Initial Information: Young deer trapped in railings at park, extrucation in progress using pedal cutter. RSPCA requested to attend due to injuries to abdomen of deer.

Updated Incident Information: Reciprocating saw got to work to release deer from fence, deer being transported to vets for treatment.
