Damage: 20% fire damage and 90% smoke damage to 1st floor. Light smoke logging to 2nd floor and roof space.

Believed Cause: Accidental - Electrical fault

Initial Information: Multiple calls received to a building fire, 2 appliances initially mobilised, when they arrived they requested assistance from a further 2 appliances. Police also requested to attend to put cordons in place.

Updated Incident Information: 20:36 - 1st floor of building is well alight, 2 breathing apparatus, one main jet and 2 hosereel jets in use.
21:04 - Fire on 1st floor believed to be extinguished, second floor now being checked for fire spread, 2 breathing apparatus still in use.
21:39 - access gained to second floor and roof space via neighbouring property. Ventilation in progress. 2 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets and 2 covering jets in use.
00:34 - stop message - Fire extinguished and building ventilated. Hot spots identified and extinguished. Electrics at property isolated.
