Initial Information: Call from neighbour reporting smoke from top of the building coming out of the windows.

Updated Incident Information: On arrival incident commander confirmed smoke issuing from 3rd floor of derelict building, 9 metre ladder in use to investigate.
19:27 Stop message - small fire on 3rd floor of building, 1 hose reel jet in use to extinguish the fire.
