Damage: 50% by fire to exterior of building and 50% by smoke to ground and first floor

Believed Cause: Believed Deliberate Ignition

Initial Information: Multiple calls received to a fire believed to be affecting a building.

Updated Incident Information: Fire located at rear of building in the porch way, which has spread into the building, all persons has been accounted for. It is believed this was from deliberate ignition of various items in the porch way. 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet were used to extinguish the fire. Damping down and turning over taking place, thermal imaging camera in use. Positive Pressure Ventilation in use for smoke clearance.
