Believed Cause: Deliberate ignition

Initial Information: One ground floor room in derelict property is well alight, preventative firefighting taking place using two hose reel jets. Positive pressure ventilation fan being got to work. One lane of the carriageway of Pincet Lane is closed for firefighting purposes.

Updated Incident Information: Fire in ground floor room extinguished, building being allowed to naturally ventilate, turning over and damping down carried out by crews.
