Damage: 2 wheelie binis and conifer trees destroyed by fire, Moderate fire damage to brick wall of external store

Believed Cause: Accidental

Initial Information: Call received to fire seen at the rear of the shops

Updated Incident Information: On arrival Incident Commander confirmed bonfire spread to brick leanto building, 1 hose reel and drag forks being used to extinguish the fire.
Stop message 19:07hrs - Fire now extinguished and turning over in progress

Public Statement Issued: Always be careful when burning rubbish or having a bonfire, it is best to have water nearby to extinguish the fire if it starts to spread and never leave a bonfire unattended.
