Initial Information: Caller was received from the owner of the vehicle who was unsure of their location as they were travelling from Middlesborough to Birmingham, once their location was established just off the A42, and it was confirmed they were away from the vehicle in a safe place, crews were mobilised from Coalville station. The vehicle was well alight when crews booked in attendance but it was quickly extinguished using two hose reels. Prior to leaving the vehicle crews established that the owner had recovery options.
