Damage: 100% fire damage to the engine compartment of the first car, 25% damage by radiated heat to the second, and 10% by radiated heat to the other 2 cars. The road surface was also damaged.

Initial Information: Several calls were received from members of the public to a on car fire in the middle of a street of terraced houses. The fire from this car spread to 3 nearby cars.
