Damage: 90% fire damage to vehicle

Believed Cause: Believed to be a mechanical fault

Initial Information: Several calls received reporting car fire. On arrival one car well alight, two breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets in use.
Narborough Road has been closed both ways by Police who are in attendance.

Updated Incident Information: Stop message received - fire now extinguished, one hose reel in use for damping down purposes. Police are arranging for recovery of vehicle and repair of damaged road surfaces.
