Believed Cause: Driving into flood water.
Initial Information: Call from driver stating that the water was deeper than first thought. Water was coming into the car and covering his ankles.
Updated Incident Information: 1 vehicle with 1 passenger stranded in flooded road. Banks from the adjacent fields have burst. Passenger was out of the vehicle with approximately 12 - 15 inches of deep water next to the car. Water was fast flowing
The driver was guided to dry footings by technical rescue.
The driver arranged their own recovery for the vehicle.
