Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Numerous calls to a Coach on Fire on the A42 Westbound.
Upon arrival confirmed by crews 1x Coach well alight in the 1st lane. All lanes closed.

Updated Incident Information: 16:02: 1 x coach well alight. All persons are accounted for. 2 x Breathing Apparatus working in the open and 2 Hose Reel Jets in use.
Fire Service have blocked both carriageways on the A42.
Highways are also in attendance.
16:28: 2 x Breathing Apparatus still in use. 2 x Hose Reel jets and short extension ladder in use. Highways and Police are in attendance.
16:35: 2 x Breathing apparatus now working inside coach damping down and 2 x Hose Reel jet still in use.
STOP: Fire extinguished and damping down in progress. Grass verge is being damped down due to close proximity of fire. Vehicle recovery is in attendance. Fire Crews are currently liaising with Police and Highways
