Believed Cause: Further fire investigation being carried out but cause is believed to be deliberate ignition by persons unknown.

Initial Information: The initial emergency call came via an alarm receiving centre to attend the property, backed up by the property keyholder.
The property consisted of four floors and measuring 80m x 30m and are used as offices. The fire was located on the ground floor.
One hose reel with two breathing apparatus wearers, was used externally through a window to extinguish the fire whilst forced entry was made via the front door to check for fire spread.
Positive pressure ventilation was used on the upper floors to clear smoke logging.
