Initial Information: Gas Cooker Involved in fire. Fire was out prior to Fire Service arrival. 1 cat rescued by Fire service.
1 female casualty outside of property suffering smoke inhalation and being treated by Fire Service. Ambulance requested to attend.
Natural ventilation of property being carried out by Fire Service.
