Initial Information: Partial collapse of building, unsure when this collapse occurred.
structual engineer and building surveyor were in attendance
Property was unstable and there was a potential for imminent collapse
Road closed by police between Willow Place and Moat Street.
Structual engineer viewed property from above in Aerial Ladder Platform
Cordon has been placed around building and evacuation plan in action

Updated Incident Information: at 22:30 the fire service re-attended this incident to liaise with demolition team, fire service standing by with 1 main jet laid out as a precautionary measure whilst demolition takes place.

01:00 The unsafe structure has now been completely demolished. national grid and western power representatives have attended to ensure gas and electricity supply have been isolated.
no further action is required by the fire service. incident has now been handed over to demolition team.
