Initial Information: Several calls received to a derelict building on fire just of the Hinckley Road. Two fire appliances were mobilised initially, however once in attendance, crews requested a further 2 appliances for water and personnel.
It was also then believed that there could be persons trapped inside.
Crews advised that the building was well alight. The fire had spread to roof and fire crews had a main jet and an extended hose reel jet in use.
