Believed Cause:

Initial Information: The initial emergency call was received from a neighbouring property stating that there was a large fire coming through the roof of a derelict property. The building consists of two floors and measures 15 m x 30 m. The fire was located within the roof space of the building.
Two breathing apparatus and one hose reel were in use with a covering jet laid out.
The fire was extinguished, crews continued to damp down and turn over to ensure no hot spots.
