Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Call was received from a member to the public that spotted a dog stuck in the mud at the side of the weir.

Updated Incident Information: Crews used a 9 metre ladder to descend down to the dog. The dog was successfully retrieved and taken to a place of safety. The RSPCA has been contacted to help locate the owner.
