Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Call received to a property fire with a request for ambulance also due to one casualty with smoke inhalation.
Upon arrival 2 Breathing Apparatus committed under Rapid Deployment along with 1 Hose Reel Jet. EMAS now in attendance.

Updated Incident Information: 01:23 - Fire has now been extinguished and Positive Pressure Ventilation is taking place. Breathing apparatus is now under stage 1 entry control. Gas and Electrics are currently being isolated.

STOP 01:27 - All breathing apparatus have now been withdrawn and smoke has been cleared. Cutting away and damping down is in progress.
