Damage: 80% by fire to kitchen 70% by heat/smoke to rest of property

Believed Cause: Accidental

Initial Information: Several calls received to a property fire all persons out of property at time of call.
Upon arrival 2 Breathing Apparatus deployed under rapid deployment in use and 1 HR Jet and 1 Covering jet in use.
1 person suffering from smoke inhalation.

Updated Incident Information: 18:23: Fire has now been knocked down and hotspots are being dampened down. Crews are accessing the roof void for investigation purposes.
4 Breathing Apparatus and 2 Hose Reek Jets are in use under stage 1 procedures.

British Red Cross requested and assisting occupier post incident. Boarding up company requested to assist with boarding up of property.
Damping down and cutting away is on going.

STOP: Boarding up company in attendance and liaising with Fire crews. Fire has now been fully extinguished, damping down and ripping out in progress.
