Believed Cause:

Initial Information: The initial emergency call came from the occupiers reporting a strong smell of gas within the property.
Crews confirmed that there was a strong smell of gas, the electrics and gas were isolated to the property and the gas board requested to attend. Gas engineer confirmed a leak to the boiler and isolated the appliance.
