Damage: Damage by fire to kitchen appliances in the kitchen area, damage by fire and heat to adjacent window and light smoke damage to rest of factory and neighbouring units

Believed Cause: Accidental

Initial Information: Call received to smoke coming from Factory roof sheets, 2 appliances mobilised to this incident.
On arrival an Assistance message was passed to Make pumps 4 this is a confirmed fire.
Informative Message - Two storey and single storey factory involved. Fire is at the rear of ground floor. Forced entry was made into the premise. 2 hose reel jets and one covering jet in use. Inspection of the rest of the property is in progress. 2 breathing apparatus under stage 1 is now being deployed.
Request for the attendance of an Ambulance as 1 casualty has been located in premise. Fire service have rescued the casualty from the property.
Informative Message - 1 adult has been rescued by breathing apparatus wearers, the casualty is suffering from smoke inhalation but is conscious. Fire has been extinguished and ventilation of ground and first floor is taking place. It is believed that no further casualties are in the premise but Fire Service are carrying out a further search, 2 breathing apparatus and 1 main jet under stage 1 with emergency team standing by. First aid is being given to the casualty by the Fire Service.

Updated Incident Information: Informative message - ventilation of the factory from the front of the property using positive pressure ventilation is in progress.
Police have been requested to help with traffic management due to Fire appliances blocking the road.

Further Informative message - Fire investigation has been completed, cause of fire is accidental.
