Believed Cause: Accidental: Due to Fuel leak onto hot surface
Initial Information: Call received from a resident reporting a bus fire
Updated Incident Information: On arrival Incident Commander confirmed - 1 bendy coach was involved in fire, fire extinguished by driver using a foam fire extinguisher before the arrival of the fire service.
Fire crew using 1 hose reel to damp down engine compartment.
STOP message - 13:36hrs - Thermal Image camera used to confirm fire in engine compartment only. Incident handed over to coach company mechanic who is now in attendance.
