Believed Cause:

Initial Information: 2 x calls to report of a fire and smoke issuing from 3rd floor of property.

Updated Incident Information: 5 x fire appliances mobilised.
Upon arrival, incident confirmed as smoke issuing from 3rd floor window, flat believed to be involved in fire, highrise procedures implemented, bridgehead setup on 2nd floor. Incident being classed as persons reported.
1 x BA team has been committed using 1 main jet via the dry riser. 2nd jet being setup on forst floor in case further BA teams are required. Paramedics in attendance.
19:40 - Fire now extinguished and all persons accounted for. All BA have been withdrawn, 4th floor being checked for smoke travel, incident being scaled down to 3 pumps, all equipment being made up.
