Believed Cause: Cause believed to be unattended pan left on the cooker hob.
Initial Information: Call received to an alarm sounding and smell of smoke on the ground floor.
Updated Incident Information: On arrival crews found smoke issuing from a flat on the second floor. This was caused by plastic utensils burning on the cooker hob.
