Damage: 25% by smoke to first floor & 5% by fire to compartment of fire

Believed Cause: Believed to be accidental

Initial Information: Call received to a bedroom fire at property.
Upon arrival this was confirmed as a bedroom fire and an assistance message for Make Pumps 3. Shortly after a further assistance message received for Make Pumps 4 as incident is persons reported and request Police, Ambulance. Gas Board and Electrics also required to Isolate services.

Updated Incident Information: 19:01 - 2 Breathing Apparatus and 1 Hose Reel Jet in use. Fire and Police in attendance. There are believed to be no casualties.
19:16 - Fire is now fully extinguished and property fully ventilated using Positive Pressure Ventilation. Neighbouring property has been checked for fire spread and no evidence of fire spread. One person has been checked by EMAS for smoke inhalation and is believed to be ok.
STOP: Fire is fully extinguished. Cadent have completed the check of the gas. Electrician is still required.
