Damage: severe fire damage 30% and 100% smoke damage

Believed Cause: Believed electrical fault.

Initial Information: Call to a garage involved in fire.
On arrival, Garage and domestic property involved in fire.

Updated Incident Information: Garage was well alight on arrival of fire crews and had broken through to the first floor and roof space of the house. Fire was also affecting the next door property.
4 breathing apparatus, 1 main jet and 3 hose reel jets in use with an extension ladder.

Aerial Ladder Platform requested. Fire extinguished and crews checking for hotpots.

Fire investigation in progress.
