Believed Cause:

Initial Information: A fire within the kitchen of a retail unit.

Updated Incident Information: 12:08 Fire located in a ground floor kitchen of a retail unit. One dry powder extinguisher, one hose reel jet in use and two breathing apparatus in use under rapid deployment.
12:11 Fire within the kitchen has now been extinguished and Positive Pressure Ventilation fan is in use. There is some logging to the upper floors of the building.
12:22 Access is being gained to upper floors by Fire Service personnel with four breathing apparatus committed and two hose reel jets in use.
13:18 All breathing apparatus withdrawn and natural ventilation is being carried out to upper floors.
