Damage: 20% to bin compound by fire

Believed Cause: Accidental

Initial Information: Call received from property advising automatic fire alarms were sounding. Further calls stated that there was smoke issuing from the bin compound of the property

Updated Incident Information: 01:33 - Incident is a fire in bin compound now extinguished. Fire located on ground floor of a 5 storey building. Full search of the property carried out by Fire Service using 4 breathing apparatus. 2 HR jets and positive pressure ventilation fan in use. No casualties at this incident

01:52 - Fire is confirmed out and all BA has been withdrawn. A full search of floors 1,2,3 and 4 are being carried out and gas monitor is in use. There is no smoke logging to upper floors. Fire Service liaising with all residents to ensure all persons are accounted for

02:22 - STOP - 4 BA now withdrawn and equipment being made up. All persons are accounted for.
