Initial Information: Initial call received to a Refuse Lorry emitting large amounts of smoke.
Upon arrival approximately 8 Tonnes of Hot Tar had split out of the transporter onto the highway stretching approximately 100M.

Updated Incident Information: Firefighters are currently attempting to block the drains up. Police and Fire Service in attendance.

11:30: Advice has been sought from specialist advice contact and substance is not know to be hazardous to crews. Currently awaiting a clear up team.
