Initial Information: Several Calls received to address in Uppingham Road in Leicester, to a Fire which affected the external area of property with persons trapped inside a flat above a shop. Flat not affected with fire but persons unable to be rescued until fire on exterior of below property extinguished.
Updated Incident Information: *UPDATE 02:45* Main Gas Pipe outside of a chip shop ruptured and is on Fire.
*UPDATE 03:19* 2 Hose-Reel jets, 1 main jet and 4 Firefighter's wearing Breathing Apparatus extinguished fire.
