Damage: 100% damage to room of origin. Minor smoke damage to the rest of the property.

Believed Cause: Use of a blow torch to strip paint.

Initial Information: Caller stated there was a fire in a downstairs cupboard.

Updated Incident Information: 2 storey property involved in fire. The fire was located on the ground floor inside a storage cupboard.
2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and 1 main jet were used to extinguish the fire.
1 short extension ladder was used to check for fire spread in the roof. None was found.
