Damage: Damage to approximately 0.5 square meter of carpet

Believed Cause: Believed to have been caused by suns reflection on a mirror.

Initial Information: The call was received from the occupier advising that a carpet was smoking.

Updated Incident Information: Initially two appliances were mobilised, one of which was released from the incident once the first appliance booked in attendance.

A small amount of carpet was involved in fire. This was put out using a bucket of water.
