Believed Cause: Accidental - Electrical fault in consumer board
Initial Information: Call from a resident reporting a flat fire and believed person inside.
Updated Incident Information: On arrival Incident Commander confirmed building 100m x 20m, building converted into flats over 4 floors.
Fire located in flat. Treating incident as persons reported. 2 hose reels and 4 BA.
STOP at 19:25hrs - All persons accounted for, PPV (Positive Pressure Ventilation Fan) being used to clear smoke.
Red Cross Emergency Support required to attend to assist occupants.
Site maintenance staff required to attend to deal with property issues.
