Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Control received a call from a member of the public stating that a flat was on fire. He confirmed that the occupier had evacuated.

On arrival, crews confirmed that a first floor flat was involved in fire. All persons had been accounted for and fire fighting and ventilation was in progress. Two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet were in use.

Updated Incident Information: The fire was extinguished and ventilation was still in progress using a positive pressure ventilation fan.
