Initial Information: Member of the public reporting a foal stuck in the water and in distress

Updated Incident Information: On arrival Incident Commander requested the RSPCA and a vet to assist.
One foal stuck in the water and in distress, fire crew attempting to calm animal.
Foal stuck in approx 1 foot of water.
Mother of foal led away from area whilst rescue attempts being made.
Fire crews have recovered foal from the water and animal is reunited with its mother. RSPCA and vet en route to assess the welfare of the animal.
RSPCA and owners of the animals attended. fire crews left the animals in their care.
