ALP being used to remove external cladding and deal with pockets of fire in the roof.
Technical Rescue attended with chainsaws to remove aluminum sheeting and bobcat to assist removing steel work and fire debris from inside the factory.

09:01 - Further cutting away of roof area being carried out to assess possible fire spread in the roof void. One Aerial Ladder Platform is in use to access roof.
10:01 - Technical Rescue crews attending with Heavy Rescue Unit and reciprocating saws.
11:22 - Roof panelling is being cut away to provide a fire break and the Aerial Ladder Platform and one hose reel jet are still in use for damping down.
12:33 - Fire investigation is ongoing.
14:10 - Cutting away and damping down of roof cladding still in progress. Aerial ladder platform, small gear and one hose reel jet are still in use.

15:16 - Change over of crews is currently taking place. Damping down and cutting away is about to commence and the aerial ladder platform, small gear and one hose reel jet are still in use.

17:13 - Cutting away remains in progress from aerial ladder platform.
Stop- 17/08/17 - Following reinspection no signs of heat or smoke found.
