Believed Cause:

Initial Information: 1 Foal located in ditch, trapped by barbed wire around its leg, Fire service standing by awaiting arrival of veterinary surgeon and RSPCA.

Updated Incident Information: Horse released from barbed wire by fire crews using wire cutters and is able to move around on its own freely. Horse was assessed by vet and no further treatment necessary.
