Initial Information: Initiall call reporting a horse fallen into ditch full of water and unable to get out,

Updated Incident Information: Upon arrival incident confirmed as horse fallen into ditch and lying down in 17 inches of water.
technical rescue crews currently formulating rescue plan, Horse tethered initially for safety purposes. Vet requested in case Horse has injured itself.
Horse was sedated by vert in attendance, then strops were used to safely rescue Horse from ditch.
Horse was then stimulated with a view to getting it to stand up.
