Damage: 100% fire damage to utility room, 70% smoke damage to property.

Believed Cause: Following fire investigation determined to be accidental cause of fire

Initial Information: Initial call received to reports of fire in fuse box to downstairs front of house.

Updated Incident Information: Fire located on ground floor electrical cupboard, 4 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and 1 carbon dioxide extinguisher in use.
5 reptiles rescued from property.
Gas board in attendance and awaiting a further dig team.
fire was extinguished and ventilation took place. further hotspots found in roof space and a 3rd appliance was requested for further breathing apparatus. Hotspots found in loft space using thermal imaging camera.
Gas isolated, awaiting a further dig team from Western power to isolate electricity to property
One hose reel jet being used to damp down. Still awaiting arrival of Fire Investigation.
