Damage: 70% by fire to roof, 80% smoke and water damage to whole house.

Believed Cause: Cause of this fire is deliberate by persons unknown.

Initial Information: Called to a Fire seen outside to the rear of a property

Updated Incident Information: Assistance message - Make pumps 3 house well alight.

Informative message - one large detached house well alight. 2 main jets in use. Police, ambulance, gas, electric, Severn Trent water and building inspector all requested
Informative message - fire now under control, 2 jets, 3 firefighters in dust masks entered building using thermal image camera to carry out preliminary survey
Informative message - good progress being made and access to first floor gained by windows, Aerial Ladder Platform is extinguishing remaining hot spots, Electricity Board in process of isolating power to property, survey of property carried out by Building Inspector
Informative message - 95% of first floor has been accessed and searched, 5% still remains unchecked, further search of this floor will take place in daylight hours, Police will be remaining in attendance
Fire Investigation to take place in the morning
