Damage: Slight fire damage to cupboard and severe smoke to property

Believed Cause: Electrical fault

Initial Information: Call received to a house fire.

Updated Incident Information: All persons were out of the property before the Fire Service arrived. Fire out on arrival, 4 Breathing Apparatus and a Positive Pressure Ventilation Fan were used to ventilate the property.
