03:50 - terraced house involved in fire, consisting of 2 floors, 4 metres x 8 metres, fire located in 1st floor rear bedroom, 2 breathing apparatus 1 hose reel jet and positive pressure ventilation fan in use, all persons accounted for.

04:02 - All breathing apparatus withdrawn, damping down in progress.

04:25 - STOP - fire now extinguished and damping down in progress. Fire investigation to resume in daylight hours.
