Believed Cause: Accidental due to faulty electrics and immersion heater.

Updated Incident Information: On arrival Incident Commander confirmed fire in domestic dwelling first floor bathroom at the rear of the property, house measuring 10m x 5m
1 hose reel and 2 breathing apparatus used. 1 covering jet laid out as a precaution.
16:04 - Fire extinguished, ventilation using PPV (positive pressure ventilation fan) being carried out.
STOP message at 16:28hrs - Area damped down and cutting away carried out.
