Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Call received to a roof involved in fire. Crews confirmed roof space well alight, 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and 1 main jet in use.

Updated Incident Information: On arrival, crews confirmed one detached property measuring 30 x 20 meters, consisting of 2 floors and roof space – Two breathing apparatus (BA) under rapid deployment, one hose reel jet and one main jet were in use. All persons were accounted for.

At the height of the incident, there were six pumping appliances, a water carrier, a Command Support Unit, an Incident Support vehicle and a Welfare Unit in attendance and four breathing apparatus, 3 main jets and 3 hose reel jets and a Compressed Air Foam System jet in use. Both gas and electrics were isolated and the Police and a building inspector were at the scene. A fire investigation will be carried out with the incident scaled down and damping down of hot spots taking place.
