Believed Cause: Electrical Fault.
Initial Information: Call received from occupier to a radiator inside a bedroom involved in fire. Occupier told to evacuate property by Fire Control Operator. Crews arrived and requested attendance of East Midlands Ambulance service to attend to occupant suffering from effects of smoke inhalation.
Updated Incident Information: 2 Firefighters wearing Breathing Apparatus tackled the fire in first floor bedroom.
