Initial Information: Reports of fire in kitchen of bungalow, spreading to attached neighbouring bungalow.

Updated Incident Information: Upon arrival incident confirmed as fire in bungalow measuring 30M x 10 M, part of a row of 3 bungalows, 2 BA and 1 HRJ in use.
22:34 - One occupant of flat rescued prior to arrival of fire service. Fire now under Control, all neighbouring properties evacuated, 2 BA and 1 HRJ in use, Police in attendance and Ambulance requested for 1 male casualty. All persons accounted for.
22:59 Fire extinguished, breathing apparatus withdrawn. Positive Pressure Ventilation in use. Male casualty taken to hospital by ambulance
STOP@ 23:39 confirmed fire in kitchen area extinguished, Fire investigation being carried out
