Damage: Severe fire damage to 1st floor front bedroom, severe heat and smoke to remainder of first floor. Moderate water damage to ground floor.

Believed Cause: Accidental due to electrical fault in TV in 1st floor bedroom

Initial Information: Fire Service called to house fire, believed people trapped.

Updated Incident Information: Crew on arrival confirmed house fire in two storey property. Fire on first floor. Four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and 1 covering jet used. All occupants accounted for. One male casualty with smoke inhalation and one cat rescued from property.
