Damage: 90% by fire to room fire originated in, 30% by smoke and water to remainder of property.

Believed Cause: Accidental due to electrical fault in plug in transformer

Initial Information: 3 storey property involved in fire, fire located in first floor front bedroom, 2 breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet were used to extinguish fire and positive pressure ventilation was also in use.
One casualty was treated for smoke inhalation by East Midlands Ambulance Service.
Red cross emergency response vehicle requested to attend property to provide help and assistance to the occupiers.

Updated Incident Information: 21:05 - Breathing apparatus now withdrawn, damping down and turning over being carried out.
22:14 - Fire investigation in progress, damping down and turning over still being carried out.
