Believed Cause: Accidental
Two different types of metal dust coming together and causing a reaction.

Initial Information: An emergency call was received by Fire Control from the site stating that there was a fire in an industrial extractor, the site had been evacuated.
Three appliances from the city area were mobilised along with a specialist support unit.
Upon arrival crews confirmed that there was a fire in an industrial machine, this has been extinguished by on site staff using internal hose reels and C02 extinguishers.
Fire Service crews were committed to the factory wearing breathing apparatus, to ensure the fire was fully extinguished, using thermal imaging cameras and the internal hose reels.
Due to smoke logging through the building the property remained evacuated whilst it was naturally ventilated.
