Damage: Minimal 5% smoke damage to property.
Believed Cause: Accidental - pan left unattended on cooker.
Initial Information: Cooking left unattended in kitchen of first floor flat. Occupier led to safety by fire service. 2 breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets in use.
Updated Incident Information: Burning pan was removed from the building by fire service and positive pressure ventilation was carried out. Smoke cleared in building. Ambulance service treated man for minor smoke inhalation.
